  • Please note that no physical print will be shipped. Send through the following information required to personalize your illustration.
  • choose background, clothes, names etc. add the information on the notes to Seller at the checkout, or send to us by email after complete your purchased.
  • please see bellow what important information we need, add the information at note to seller at checkout or send by email after purchased. (Names of each person or pet./Any message you want/hairstyle/hair colour/skin tone/age/clothes colour/body build/background.)

Choose the illustration you like us to personalize for you, full the form with the details of how you want your illustration.  then place your order.  soon we receive your order will start work on it and you should receive your final image in less then 5 days. once you receive your illustration, you can take the file to your local  print or photo shop near to you and ask to be printed in a matte photo paper on the size of  your frame.

1-Names of each person or pet.
2- Any text that you may like to see in your illustration.
3-Hairstyle: (reference number) (see photos)
4-Hair colour : (reference number) (see photos)
5-Skin tone: John 002, Megan 004 etc. (see photos)
6-Age of child if relevant: so, the correct body is drawn
7-Colour of the clothes (see photos)
8-what background do you like. (see photos)
9-if relevant body build of each person (tall,slim,etc) If you find easier you may choose just to Send a picture to us, remember to add the main name in the order: yara.art.studio@hotmail.com
For example of the information you will add to the note at checkout
page: Mom: 090 beige, medium build
Dad: 020 tan, slim, Daughter: 045 8 years old beige.

Refunds and cancelations can be granted before the work starts but unfortunately there is no refund for the work already done, as the time was already spent on it.

After receive your online order and information, we will work on it and send your  image by email . You can ask for one to two small changes/adjustments free of charge. But please note that any major changes, if you change your mind about how you like it etc, it can be done by adding a payment of the redo work.
Please note any changes requested can take up to 2 business days subjected to workloads and orders, depend on what changes you want.
if major or redo work is required by the customer a 25 TO 50% extra free also may apply. Please ensure to provide as much information about how exactly you like your illustration to prevent extra waiting times and extra frees due to redo work.
