Please write the names of each person, you like to see on your illustration. example: (from left to right, person 1, 2 ,3 etc) person 1, Mary, person 2 David, person 3 Lisa.
choose from the image, the hair style for each person in the illustration, add the code number.( example: (from left to rigth, person 1, 2 ,3 etc) example: person 1, h90, person 2, h88, person 3, h100 etc.
Indicate if any of the people are children or a baby, indicate the age.
Please choose from the image, and indicate the skin ton of each person. for example: person 1, h115, person 2, h120, etc.
Please indicate the clothes top colour, for each person. for example: Person 1 ,B28, person 2, b25 etc.
if you like to see any message on top of the illustration, please write here. Example: My family is my Rock/ Sister and friends Forever etc.
If you like any background on your illustration, please indicate the number. if not just write, white.
Digital product mean that the illustration is send by email and no prints of frames will be shipped. if you like printed or framed and you are in Europe contact us, for more information.
You may ask for small adjusts, but any major changes outside of the first given details, it may be subject to extra charge, for the redo of work and illustrators extra time.
Do you understand and agree that, you are paying for the illustrator time to work on your order for you, so then, cancelations and refunds are only possible before work was done, but unfortunately not after.

Description

  • Personalized illustrations. This is a digital art that you can use to print out on a number of products, from paper to mugs etc.
  • We send  this product by email, meaning that you will receive it faster.
  • Please note that no physical print will be shipped. Send through the following information required to personalize your illustration.
  • choose background, clothes, names etc. add the information on the notes to Seller at the checkout, or send to us by email after complete your purchased.
  • please see bellow what important information we need, add the information at note to seller at checkout or send by email after purchased. (Names of each person or pet./Any message you want/hairstyle/hair colour/skin tone/age/clothes colour/body build/background.)

Choose the illustration you like us to personalize for you, full the form with the details of how you want your illustration.  then place your order.  soon we receive your order will start work on it and you should receive your final image in less then 5 days. once you receive your illustration, you can take the file to your local  print or photo shop near to you and ask to be printed in a matte photo paper on the size of  your frame.

1-Names of each person or pet.
2- Any text that you may like to see in your illustration.
3-Hairstyle: (reference number) (see photos)
4-Hair colour : (reference number) (see photos)
5-Skin tone: John 002, Megan 004 etc. (see photos)
6-Age of child if relevant: so, the correct body is drawn
7-Colour of the clothes (see photos)
8-what background do you like. (see photos)
9-if relevant body build of each person (tall,slim,etc) If you find easier you may choose just to Send a picture to us, remember to add the main name in the order: yara.art.studio@hotmail.com
For example of the information you will add to the note at checkout
page: Mom: 090 beige, medium build
Dad: 020 tan, slim, Daughter: 045 8 years old beige.

Refunds and cancelations can be granted before the work starts but unfortunately there is no refund for the work already done, as the time was already spent on it.

After receive your online order and information, we will work on it and send your  image by email . You can ask for one to two small changes/adjustments free of charge. But please note that any major changes, if you change your mind about how you like it etc, it can be done by adding a payment of the redo work.
Please note any changes requested can take up to 2 business days subjected to workloads and orders, depend on what changes you want.
if major or redo work is required by the customer a 25 TO 50% extra free also may apply. Please ensure to provide as much information about how exactly you like your illustration to prevent extra waiting times and extra frees due to redo work.
 
Every effort has been made to represent the true colours, but it may vary from screen to screen and printer to printer. This is a non-editable file. This is for a digital copy of the design only, and does not include paper or printing.

Please note that  No physical items/prints, frames etc, will be shipped as this is a Digital product send by email only. You will be emailed the PDF/Jpg image when the art work is done. please allow 3 to 7 days. world. PDF or JPG format. 

Printed illustrations can be provided if customer live in Ireland or European country. Printing and shipping fee will apply. please contact us for more information.
